Congratulations to our Sheffield team for winning the Large Employer of the Year Apprenticeship Award for the Sheffield city region.


These awards celebrate and recognise the hardworking individuals and organisations involved in apprenticeships and how they shape our future. Accepting the award, Dennis van de Ven, HR Manager said “I’m so proud of our apprentices and the support that TT is giving them to develop their talent. It’s great to get this recognition for everyone involved in our apprenticeship programme.”

TT has a long and proud tradition of bringing talented apprentices into the organisation and helping them grow their careers with us.  Apprentices today enter our organisation in a variety of roles, and it is not just for engineers, but Operational Excellence, Business Administration, Customer Service, HR, Data Analysis and more.
