Our workforce is diverse and being a TT employee entails living by our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy which explains the expectations of treating each other with respect, tolerance, and dignity. Alongside our policy, we have a Transition Guide for managers and employees to support those transitioning, and an Allyship guide to explain what it means to be an Ally. Our Juarez, Mexico site has signed up to the local Government Charter, standing up against violence against women.

Driving inclusion through our work practice & procedures

Delivering inclusive training, focusing on diversity within our hiring & development opportunities, and Inspiring the next generation of employees. TT Electronics supports many programs in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) disciplines, including initiatives that encourage more girls to study STEM subjects at school and more women to enter our industry. We understand diversity is essential in our early careers pipeline, therefore we have sites offering internships for students and graduates with disabilities and long-term conditions in partnership with the Change 100 programme, as well as neurodivergent apprentices developing their careers here at TT.

Focused development programmes

We offer ED&I basic training to all staff, a Women in Leadership Programme which is a unique opportunity to bring together women and men from across the business to discuss key topics and to learn from one another. Inclusive leadership training co facilitated by senior leaders, workshops on Allyship & the impact of Microaggressions and leadership webinar series which covers various topics including ED&I.
